Delayed Shipping and Processing Notification
The Team at Prime Heritage Gifts is taking a brief and much needed vacation before we begin to reorganize and restock for the new year. Based on customer feedback from previous years, we will be leaving the store open for customers to continue shopping. However orders will not start being shipped out until 01/18/2021.

   (DELIVERY SCHEDULE)

Please allow 10 working days for normal production. For rush orders,  there is a rush fee of 25% of order or $50.00  whichever  is greater. Additional express shipping charges will apply to meet delivery deadline.

 

(SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE COST)

Shipping of crystal and glass products requires extra special packaging and handling. As such, there is a flat shipping and handling fee of $12.00 per product to cover the extra associated costs. Shipping is free on glass products valued at $150 or more.
